Insomnia is highly treatable using a specialized type of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, CBT-I.
CBT-I is a non-medication treatment for insomnia. Treatment includes education surrounding your sleep issues and identifying factors that are impacting your sleep. These techniques include sleep restriction, stimulus control, sleep hygiene and reducing sleep interfering behaviors.
CBT-I is completed within 6-8 weeks during 45 minute sessions.
